Hotel Front Desk Agent Jobs Near You – Canada

CityWork Canada is placing Hotel Front Desk Agents at full-service hotels across Canada. Create memorable first impressions and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Welcome arriving guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the PMS
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
  • Process payments and balance front desk cash float at shift end

Requirements

  • Diploma in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred
  • Previous hotel front desk or guest services experience an asset
  • Warm, professional demeanor with excellent English communication
  • Bilingual (English/French) is highly valued
  • Comfortable working morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts

Compensation

  • CAD $19–$25/hour
