Loss Prevention Specialist – Retail Canada

Protect the store. HomeCore Canada is hiring a Loss Prevention Specialist to safeguard our merchandise, staff, and customers at our Winnipeg location.

LP Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct store floor patrols
• Identify and investigate theft, fraud, and policy violations
• Apprehend shoplifters in accordance with company policy and provincial law
• Prepare detailed incident reports for management and law enforcement
• Train retail staff on theft prevention awareness

Qualifications

• Valid provincial Security Guard licence required
• 1–2 years of retail loss prevention or security experience
• Excellent observation and investigative skills
• Professional demeanour and good judgment under pressure

Compensation

• CAD $20–$26/hour
• Benefits after 3 months
• Uniform and equipment provided
