Pro Customer Responsibilities

• Manage professional customer accounts and bulk order requests
• Process large and recurring purchase orders efficiently
• Coordinate special orders, delivery scheduling, and product reservations
• Build strong relationships with regular contractor customers
• Communicate product availability, delays, and substitutions proactively

Ideal Background

• Experience in construction, trades, or hardware retail
• Strong knowledge of building materials and professional tools
• Confident communicator with B2B customer mindset
• Organized and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously

Pay

• CAD $20–$26/hour
• Commission on pro account sales volume
