Garden Center Associate – Retail Canada

Green thumbs welcome. BuildServe Canada is hiring a Garden Center Associate to bring expertise and enthusiasm to our outdoor living and garden department. Seasonal and permanent positions available.

Garden Center Responsibilities

• Assist customers with plant selection, soil types, fertilizers, and garden tools
• Water, prune, and maintain live plant inventory daily
• Receive and stock garden center deliveries
• Set up seasonal displays and promotional signage
• Operate outdoor power equipment safely

Ideal Candidate

• Interest or experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscaping
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Friendly and knowledgeable with customers
• Physically active — lifting, bending, and carrying required

Compensation

• CAD $17–$21/hour
• Seasonal contract with strong chance of permanent conversion
