Customer Service Representative – Retail Store Canada

Be the face of HomeCore Canada. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Ottawa retail location — someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems on the spot.

What You Will Handle

• Welcome customers and direct them to the right department or product
• Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims at the service desk
• Answer phone inquiries about stock availability and store hours
• Resolve customer complaints calmly and find satisfactory solutions
• Process special orders and coordinate pickup notifications

What Makes You Right for This Role

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Patient, empathetic communicator — even with difficult customers
• Bilingual in English and French is a significant asset (Ottawa market)
• Comfortable operating POS and service desk software
