Retail Store Associate – Canada

BuildServe Canada is hiring energetic Retail Store Associates across our home improvement and hardware store locations. If you enjoy helping customers and working with tools, building materials, and home products, this is your role.

What You Will Do

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products throughout the store
• Answer product questions and provide recommendations based on project needs
• Stock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain aisle organization
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
• Support loss prevention by following store security procedures

What We Need

• Friendly, customer-first attitude
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the store all shift
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required

Compensation

• CAD $17–$21/hour
• Full-time and part-time positions available
