Your Role in the DC

• Rotate across DC departments based on daily volume priorities
• Operate voice-directed picking, RF scanning, and conveyor systems
• Participate in cross-training programs to build multi-department skills
• Contribute to DC-wide safety and productivity initiatives
• Support inventory accuracy through disciplined scan compliance

Requirements

• Ability to work in a large, fast-paced DC environment
• Comfortable with technology-guided workflows
• Previous DC or large warehouse experience preferred
• Steel-toed boots required — allowance provided

Total Compensation

• CAD $19–$24/hour
• Safety boot allowance: CAD $150/year
• RRSP matching after 1 year
• 3 weeks paid vacation after 2 years
