Core Duties

• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanner guidance
• Pack items into appropriate box sizes with protective materials
• Print and apply shipping labels accurately
• Stage completed orders in designated carrier lanes
• Meet daily order fulfillment targets without compromising accuracy

What We Look For

• Strong work ethic and desire to hit targets
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Previous fulfillment or retail experience is an asset

Compensation

• CAD $17.50–$22/hour
• Shift options: days, afternoons, nights
• Benefits package after 3 months
• Regular performance-based pay increases
