Warehouse Shift Supervisor – Canada
Step up into leadership. FulfillPlus Canada is hiring experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisors to lead our Ottawa facility's daily operations and drive performance on the floor.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 15–25 warehouse associates across all shift activities
- Brief team at shift start — targets, priorities, and safety reminders
- Monitor real-time KPIs and adjust resource allocation as needed
- Handle associate coaching, attendance, and disciplinary documentation
- Complete end-of-shift production and exception reports
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Supervisor Requirements
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with at least 1 year leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to hold people accountable in a firm but fair manner
- Proficiency with WMS reporting and Microsoft Office
- Forklift licence preferred
Compensation Package
- CAD $24–$30/hour
