About This Role
CivicForce Recruitment is connecting qualified candidates with Police Officer vacancies at municipal and county law enforcement agencies across the United States. Police officers hold one of the highest-paying government jobs available without a four-year college degree, with competitive base salaries, overtime, shift differentials, and pension benefits that many private sector jobs can't match. Paid academy training, comprehensive benefits, and genuine public service make law enforcement a highly rewarding career choice for the right candidates.

- Enforce traffic laws, respond to vehicle accidents, and conduct sobriety checkpoints as directed by department leadership
- Build positive relationships with community members, businesses, and neighbourhood organisations through community policing initiatives
- Prepare clear, accurate, and legally defensible reports on all incidents, arrests, and use of force events
- Testify in criminal court proceedings and grand jury hearings as required
