KeyStone Property Group is hiring Property Managers for residential and commercial portfolios across the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned residential or commercial property portfolio — leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting
- Market vacant units or spaces, screen prospective tenants, conduct showings, process applications, and execute lease agreements
- Respond to and resolve tenant maintenance requests by coordinating licensed contractors and tracking work orders to completion
- Collect rent, enforce lease terms, initiate late payment follow-up, and manage the eviction process in compliance with state landlord-tenant law
- Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners including income statements, occupancy rates, and maintenance cost summaries
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and lease compliance issues
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, keeping them informed and confident in the management of their assets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- No college degree required — state real estate or property management licence preferred or required depending on state
- Strong organisational, communication, and conflict resolution skills for managing multiple tenant and owner relationships
- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of fair housing laws, state landlord-tenant regulations, and standard lease agreements
- CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), CPM, or RMP certification is a significant advantage
