BuildRight USA is hiring experienced Construction Managers for commercial and residential construction projects across the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and direct all on-site construction activities for assigned commercial, industrial, or residential projects from groundbreaking to punch-list completion
- Manage subcontractors and field crews — coordinate trade sequencing, enforce quality standards, and resolve site conflicts efficiently
- Monitor project schedule against the CPM baseline; identify slippage risks early and develop recovery plans with the project team
- Control project costs through subcontractor buyout, change order management, and material procurement oversight
- Conduct daily site safety walks; enforce OSHA compliance and company safety programmes across all trades and subcontractors
- Lead weekly owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings; prepare and distribute field reports, RFI responses, and submittal logs
- Mentor junior superintendents and field foremen in construction management best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
- No college degree required — OSHA 30 certification and 5+ years of progressive construction field experience required
- Demonstrated experience running projects from foundation through occupancy as a superintendent or senior foreman
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and project schedule management
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, Primavera P6, or similar)
- LEED, CCM, or other construction management credentials are a strong plus
