About This Role

NetReach IT Services is hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to business clients across the United States. No college degree is required — we prioritise CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications, practical troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer communication over formal academic credentials. This is a high-paying, fully remote tech support role with real growth potential into systems administration and network engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone, email, and remote desktop tools within defined SLA windows
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and account access issues for end users
  • Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices using RMM tools and MDM platforms
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system configurations in the IT knowledge base and ticketing system
  • Escalate complex or recurring issues to senior engineers with complete diagnostic notes and context
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours critical system alerts as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • No degree required — CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, macOS, and common business software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ConnectWise), and helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Good customer communication — ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
  • Self-directed and comfortable handling multiple support tickets simultaneously in a remote setting
