Wipro is hiring Associate Software Engineers from US campuses to join its North America delivery teams. Role Context

Wipro's associate engineers begin with a training program covering Java, Python, cloud basics, and Agile methodology before joining a client account. Your first assignment will be within a delivery team supporting application development or maintenance for a US-based enterprise client. A senior engineer and delivery manager will guide your ramp-up and conduct quarterly performance reviews to track your progress toward the Engineer level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain client applications using Java, .NET, or Python
  • Contribute to sprint tasks including feature development, defect fixing, and peer code reviews
  • Learn and apply RESTful API design and database interaction patterns
  • Support UAT testing cycles and document defect reports accurately
  • Attend client status calls and contribute to progress reporting with team lead guidance
  • Complete assigned learning modules through Wipro TalentNext platform

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related engineering field (2024–2026 grad)
  • Basic programming skills in Java, Python, C, or C++
  • Foundational understanding of databases, networking, or operating systems
  • Ability to follow detailed technical specifications and deliver on assignments
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • US work authorization required; relocation flexibility is a plus
