Role Context

Deloitte Technology Analysts join project teams that deliver cloud migrations, ERP implementations, cybersecurity assessments, or data platform builds for large enterprise clients. Your first year involves onboarding training, Deloitte certification support, and up to 80% client-site travel depending on project. Analysts typically staff 1–2 engagements simultaneously and are promoted to Consultant within 2–3 years based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technology workstreams on client engagements including development, testing, and documentation
• Gather and analyze client technical requirements and map them to solution components
• Assist in configuring or building applications using platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or AWS
• Prepare status reports, technical specs, and slide decks for client and leadership reviews
• Coordinate with offshore development teams and validate deliverable quality
• Participate in Deloitte training programs and pursue relevant certifications

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a business-technology field (2024–2026 grad)
• Basic technical skills in SQL, Python, Java, or a business application platform
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing settings
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 80% during active engagements
• Deloitte internship or prior consulting experience is a plus
