Oracle
Oracle is hiring New Graduate Software Engineers to join its product engineering teams building Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), database systems, and enterprise SaaS applications. This is a full-time role for graduates with a start date of mid-June or mid-July 2026, working onsite at Oracle's core engineering hubs.
Oracle's new grad engineers are embedded directly into product teams — there is no formal rotation program. You will be assigned to a team based on your technical background and team need, and expected to contribute to real engineering deliverables from your first week. Oracle engineers work on systems at massive scale, from its autonomous database to OCI compute services handling petabytes of enterprise data.
This role fits graduates who enjoy working close to the infrastructure layer — databases, cloud platforms, or distributed systems — and want depth over breadth early in their career. You are methodical, curious about performance and reliability, and eager to own components of systems used by the world's largest enterprises.
Oracle is one of the largest enterprise software and cloud infrastructure companies in the world, with over $50 billion in annual revenue. Its product portfolio spans autonomous databases, cloud applications, and ERP systems used by 430,000 customers in 175 countries. Oracle's engineering teams operate at a scale few companies can match.
Apply on Oracle Careers and filter by "Campus" under the job type facet. Target start dates are mid-June or mid-July 2026. The process includes an online coding challenge and two to three technical interviews covering algorithms, systems, and problem-solving exercises.
