Warehouse Associate – Supply Chain (New Grad) – J.B. Hunt Transport Services

Hunt associates work inside customer facilities as an extension of the customer's supply chain team. J.B. Hunt's Integrated Capacity Solutions (ICS) division manages freight and fulfillment solutions combining warehousing with transportation. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for J.B. Hunt's dedicated supply chain and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Support J.B. Hunt's Dedicated Contract Services warehousing operations — receiving, storing, picking, and shipping product for J.B. Hunt's dedicated retail and manufacturing customers
- Perform inbound freight receiving and outbound shipment processing using J.B. Hunt's WMS and RF scanner workflows
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for product movement in J.B. Hunt's dedicated customer warehouse facilities
- Load and unload J.B. Hunt's intermodal containers and over-the-road trailers in J.B. Hunt's cross-dock and transload operations
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and participate in J.B. Hunt's yard management for trailer inventory tracking
- Follow J.B. Hunt's rigorous safety culture — completing J.B. Hunt's mandatory safety training modules and participating in J.B. Hunt's Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in J.B. Hunt's physically demanding warehousing environments
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete J.B. Hunt's internal certification
- RF scanner and basic WMS skills; J.B. Hunt provides complete training
- Availability for J.B. Hunt's rotating shift operations in 24/7 logistics facilities
