Warehouse Associate – Logistics (New Grad) – C.H. Robinson

C.H. Robinson's Minneapolis area operations hub connects the company's technology platform with its physical logistics network. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for C.H. Robinson's warehouse and distribution operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound fresh produce and refrigerated food shipments at C.H. Robinson's Robinson Fresh temperature-controlled facilities
- Pick and stage outbound produce orders for C.H. Robinson's grocery retail customers — selecting fresh fruits, vegetables, and refrigerated items using C.H. Robinson's WMS
- Conduct temperature monitoring and cold chain compliance for C.H. Robinson's produce and refrigerated product inventory
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks in C.H. Robinson's temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Support C.H. Robinson's cross-dock operations — transferring time-sensitive fresh produce from inbound refrigerated trailers to outbound retail delivery vehicles
- Use C.H. Robinson's Navisphere logistics platform to track shipment statuses and update inventory records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in refrigerated temperature-controlled environment (34°F–40°F)
- Forklift certification preferred; C.H. Robinson provides internal certification training
- Interest in supply chain and logistics technology
- Basic computer skills for WMS and logistics platform data entry
