Warehouse Associate – Beverage Operations (New Grad) – The Coca-Cola Company

Coca-Cola's North American operating unit (NAOU) manages the production, warehousing, and distribution of Coca-Cola, Sprite, Dasani, Smartwater, Powerade, Minute Maid, and 500+ other Coca-Cola brands through a nationwide network of manufacturing plants, warehouses, and bottler partners. Coca-Cola's distribution warehouses serve as finished goods hubs storing and distributing Coca-Cola products to bottlers, retailers, and foodservice customers. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for Coca-Cola's beverage warehousing operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive finished beverage product from Coca-Cola's manufacturing plants — unloading case goods and bulk syrup, verifying quantities and date codes, and processing receipts
- Build and stage outbound orders for Coca-Cola's bottler network and direct retail customers — selecting cases of Coke, Sprite, and other Coca-Cola beverages by brand and package type
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and counterbalance forklifts for beverage product movement in Coca-Cola's warehouse
- Manage Coca-Cola product date code rotation — enforcing FIFO beverage freshness protocols and monitoring warehouse inventory for approaching code dates
- Process inbound concentrate and syrup shipments for Coca-Cola's fountain beverage (BIB) product line — following Coca-Cola's food safety handling and storage protocols
- Support Coca-Cola's safety and sustainability programs — following Coca-Cola's EHS warehouse safety standards and environmental compliance procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete Coca-Cola's training program
- FSMA food safety awareness; Coca-Cola provides food safety training
- Reliability and positive attitude for Coca-Cola's team-oriented distribution culture
