Warehouse Associate – Beverage Distribution (New Grad) – PepsiCo

PepsiCo's FLNA (Frito-Lay North America) and PBNA (PepsiCo Beverages North America) divisions each maintain extensive warehouse networks serving their respective product lines. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for PepsiCo's distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound PepsiCo product deliveries from manufacturing plants — unloading full truckloads of Pepsi beverages, Frito-Lay snacks, and Gatorade, verifying quantities and condition
- Build and stage outbound route orders for PepsiCo's delivery drivers — selecting cases of beverages and snacks to build customer-specific route delivery pallets
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks for product movement throughout PepsiCo's warehouse operations
- Manage PepsiCo's product rotation and date code compliance — following FIFO protocols and pulling product approaching code date for PepsiCo's freshness guarantee
- Support PepsiCo's end-of-route return processing — receiving returned product, sorting saleable from damaged inventory, and reconciling driver returns
- Maintain PepsiCo's FSMA food safety standards and warehouse housekeeping protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in PepsiCo's physically demanding beverage warehouse environment
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete PepsiCo's internal training
- Availability for PepsiCo's early morning warehouse operations (routes build overnight for morning delivery)
- Teamwork and reliability for PepsiCo's time-sensitive beverage distribution operations
