Best Buy's supply chain supports both in-store replenishment and BestBuy.com's large-item delivery service for major appliances and televisions. We are hiring New Grad Distribution Center Associates for Best Buy's national distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound consumer electronics and appliance shipments — inspecting for damage, scanning serial numbers, and receiving product into Best Buy's WMS
• Pick and pack outbound orders for Best Buy stores and BestBuy.com customers — handling televisions, laptops, and home appliances with care to prevent damage
• Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks for moving large, heavy appliances and palletized electronics through Best Buy's distribution center
• Process large appliance deliveries — preparing dishwashers, refrigerators, and washers/dryers for Best Buy's white-glove home delivery service
• Track consumer electronics serial numbers and IMEI codes in Best Buy's inventory management system for loss prevention and warranty management
• Process open-box and returned consumer electronics — inspecting, grading, and routing returned products to restock, refurbishment, or liquidation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 100 lbs (appliances) with team lifting protocols and lift equipment
• Careful product handling skills for fragile consumer electronics
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete Best Buy's training program
• Reliability and attention to detail for serial number and high-value inventory accuracy
