Warehouse Associate – Entry Level – Fastenal Company

We are hiring Entry-Level Warehouse Associates at Fastenal's Winona distribution campus.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack fastener and industrial supply orders for Fastenal's nationwide branch network using RF scanner-directed picking in Fastenal's high-velocity distribution center
- Process inbound supplier deliveries — receiving fasteners, safety products, tools, and industrial supplies from Fastenal's domestic and international supplier base
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order selectors for product movement in Fastenal's distribution warehouse
- Support Fastenal's vending machine replenishment program — kitting and packaging products for deployment in Fastenal's industrial vending solutions at customer facilities
- Perform inventory cycle counts and bin location management for Fastenal's 500,000+ SKU industrial catalog
- Support Fastenal's cross-docking operations transferring international container freight to branch delivery routes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of fasteners, hardware, or industrial supplies is helpful but not required
- RF scanner and basic WMS skills; Fastenal provides full product and systems training
- Commitment to Fastenal's high accuracy standards for industrial order fulfillment
