Warehouse Associate – Medical Supply (New Grad) – Medline Industries

We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for Medline's medical supply distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack medical supply orders for Medline's hospital and healthcare provider customers — selecting surgical supplies, PPE, wound care products, and medical devices using RF scanner-directed picking
- Receive inbound medical supply shipments from Medline's manufacturing plants and vendor network — verifying quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates
- Process sterile medical device orders maintaining Medline's ISO 13485 quality management system procedures for medical device storage and handling
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks for product movement in Medline's medical supply distribution center
- Handle FDA Class I and Class II medical device products following Medline's SOPs for device traceability and lot control
- Support Medline's customer service SLA commitments — achieving same-day and next-day order fulfillment for hospital supply chain customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform warehouse tasks throughout a full shift
- Attention to detail for accurate medical supply order processing and lot number documentation
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete Medline's internal training
- Interest in healthcare and medical supply chain industry
