Warehouse Associate (New Grad) – Costco Wholesale

Costco's Issaquah, WA headquarters and depot systems support its 580+ US warehouse locations. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for Costco's depot and warehouse club operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound merchandise at Costco depots and warehouse locations — unloading freight containers, verifying quantities, and processing into Costco's inventory management system
- Replenish floor merchandise using electric pallet jacks and forklifts — moving pallet-sized displays of merchandise from receiving areas to sales floor locations throughout Costco's warehouse club
- Conduct forklift operations to place and retrieve merchandise from high-bay pallet rack storage in Costco's rear warehouse areas
- Process member orders for Costco's Business Center and e-commerce operations — picking and staging bulk orders for business member pickup and delivery
- Support Costco's food court, bakery, and fresh foods receiving operations — rotating perishable items, maintaining cold chain, and following Costco's food safety protocols
- Assist members on the Costco sales floor — directing members to product locations and supporting a friendly, helpful Costco shopping experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a live retail environment
- Forklift certification; Costco provides paid training and certification
- Positive, member-friendly attitude aligned with Costco's customer service culture
- Ability to work Costco's early morning receiving shifts (5:00 AM start times common)
