Warehouse Associate – Distribution Center (New Grad) – Lowe's Companies

Lowe's distribution centers handle everything from paint and power tools to major appliances and lumber, requiring associates who can handle diverse product types safely and efficiently. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for Lowe's regional distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise from Lowe's global vendor network — unloading and receiving building materials, hardware, appliances, and seasonal merchandise
- Pick, pack, and stage outbound store replenishment orders and Lowes.com customer orders from Lowe's distribution center's high-bay picking zones
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order selectors for product movement throughout Lowe's distribution center operations
- Handle Pro customer fulfillment — processing bulk building material orders for Lowe's Pro Supply business customers requiring next-day jobsite delivery
- Load outbound delivery trailers following Lowe's load quality standards for safe transport of building materials and appliances
- Maintain Lowe's safety culture — reporting hazards, following forklift pedestrian separation procedures, and completing Lowe's safety modules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 80 lbs and handle large building materials
- RF scanner and basic WMS skills; Lowe's provides complete on-the-job training
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete Lowe's certification program
- Reliability and physical stamina for Lowe's demanding distribution center environment
