Warehouse Associate (Entry Level) – NFI Industries

We are hiring Entry-Level Warehouse Associates across NFI's Northeast and national distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping operations for NFI's dedicated customer warehouses using RF scanner-directed workflows
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts for product movement and trailer operations
- Support NFI's cross-dock operations — transferring inbound LTL freight to outbound store delivery trailers on NFI's tight time-definite schedules
- Process consumer goods and grocery distribution orders — maintaining NFI's slot management, FIFO rotation, and temperature zone protocols
- Complete cycle count and physical inventory assignments maintaining 99.9%+ location accuracy
- Follow NFI's comprehensive safety program — completing hazard recognition training, near-miss reporting, and behavioral safety observations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 65 lbs and perform physical warehouse work across a full shift
- Basic RF scanner and WMS data entry skills; NFI provides complete on-the-job training
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain NFI's internal forklift certification
- Reliable attendance and positive team-first attitude for NFI's fast-paced distribution environment
