Warehouse Associate – Cold Storage (New Grad) – Lineage Logistics

We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for Lineage's refrigerated and frozen distribution facilities.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound frozen and refrigerated food shipments from food manufacturers — unloading temperature-controlled trailers, verifying product temperatures, and processing receipts into Lineage's WMS
- Pick, slot, and stage outbound food orders for grocery chains, restaurants, and foodservice distributors in Lineage's refrigerated pick modules
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and turret trucks in Lineage's refrigerated and freezer warehouse environments (operating temperatures from 28°F to -10°F)
- Maintain cold chain integrity — ensuring all product handling meets FDA food safety, FSMA, and HACCP temperature control requirements
- Perform inventory cycle counts and slot utilization audits in Lineage's WMS to maintain product location accuracy
- Follow Lineage's cold storage safety protocols — proper PPE for freezer environments, slip-prevention procedures, and forklift pedestrian safety
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in cold/freezer environments (temperatures as low as -10°F with proper PPE)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and operate powered industrial equipment
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete Lineage's internal certification program
- Food safety awareness; Lineage provides FSMA and HACCP food safety training
