Warehouse Associate (New Grad) – Geodis

We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for Geodis's US distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound shipments from Geodis customer vendor networks — unloading, counting, inspecting, and receiving merchandise into WMS
- Perform pick and pack operations for Geodis's e-commerce and B2B fulfillment customers using RF scanners, pick-to-light, or goods-to-person automation systems
- Execute fashion and apparel handling for Geodis's retail customers — including garment ticketing, folding, steaming, and display-ready packaging
- Operate electric pallet jacks and stand-up reach trucks for product movement and trailer loading within Geodis's distribution centers
- Support outbound shipping operations — manifesting orders, applying shipping labels, and staging packages for parcel carrier pickup
- Maintain Geodis's quality and accuracy standards — achieving 99.8%+ order accuracy rate for Geodis's fulfillment SLA commitments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at a fast pace in a physical warehouse environment
- RF scanner proficiency or willingness to learn; Geodis provides full WMS training
- Forklift certification preferred; Geodis provides on-site certification training
