Warehouse Associate – Entry Level – CEVA Logistics

CEVA's contract logistics division manages dedicated warehousing, e-fulfillment, and supply chain operations for aerospace, automotive, consumer retail, and healthcare clients. In North America, CEVA operates 180+ facilities serving major brands including Boeing, General Electric, and L'Oréal. Houston serves as CEVA's Americas headquarters and is home to key energy and petrochemical logistics operations. We are hiring Entry-Level Warehouse Associates across CEVA's US distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Perform inbound receiving operations — unloading trucks and containers, counting merchandise, scanning barcodes, and entering receipts into CEVA's WMS
- Execute pick, pack, and ship operations for CEVA's customer fulfillment contracts using RF-directed and voice-directed picking systems
- Conduct aerospace and industrial parts handling for CEVA's aviation logistics customers — applying CEVA's AS9100 aerospace quality management procedures
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and counterbalance lift trucks within CEVA's warehouse facilities
- Process outbound freight documentation — bills of lading, packing lists, and customs export documentation for CEVA's international logistics shipments
- Participate in CEVA's 5S and lean manufacturing improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout a full shift
- Basic computer skills for WMS data entry and RF scanner operation
- Forklift certification preferred; CEVA provides on-site training and certification
- Attention to detail for accurate inventory management and shipment documentation
