Warehouse Associate (New Grad) – DHL Supply Chain

DHL's Westerville, OH Americas headquarters oversees DHL Supply Chain's network of technology-enabled distribution centers across the US, Canada, and Mexico. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates to join DHL Supply Chain's North American operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound freight for DHL Supply Chain's dedicated customer warehouses — unloading trailers, scanning receipts, and putaway in WMS-directed storage locations
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using DHL's warehouse management system, RF scanners, and pick-to-voice or pick-to-light directed systems
- Handle pharmaceutical and healthcare product distribution under DHL's Good Distribution Practice (GDP) protocols — maintaining temperature controls and chain of custody documentation
- Operate powered industrial equipment — reach trucks, order selectors, and electric pallet jacks — within DHL's warehouse facilities
- Perform inventory cycle counts and reconciliation to maintain DHL's 99.9%+ inventory accuracy SLA with customers
- Participate in DHL's First Choice continuous improvement program — contributing to Lean and Six Sigma process improvement projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and work physically in a warehouse environment
- RF scanner and WMS experience preferred; DHL provides full training
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete DHL's internal forklift training
- Flexibility for shift work in DHL's 24/7 logistics operations
