We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates across GXO's North American logistics network.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside GXO's collaborative robots and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) in technology-enabled fulfillment environments — receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Operate GXO's warehouse management system (WMS) and RF scanning equipment to process inventory receipts, location assignments, and order fulfillment transactions
- Pick and pack e-commerce and B2B orders to GXO's accuracy and throughput KPIs — working in goods-to-person, pick-to-light, or voice-directed picking environments
- Process value-added services for GXO's retail customers — ticketing, price stickering, display building, and garment processing
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and counterbalance forklifts for inbound and outbound freight movement
- Contribute to GXO's continuous improvement culture — participating in lean/Six Sigma problem-solving events and process improvement kaizens
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Interest in working with warehouse automation technology — robots, AMRs, and automated conveyors
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain; GXO provides full internal certification
- Availability for rotating shifts in GXO's 24/7 logistics operations
