Warehouse Associate (Entry Level) – FedEx Supply Chain

We are hiring Entry-Level Warehouse Associates for FedEx Supply Chain's growing warehouse network.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound freight shipments — unloading trailers, counting and verifying shipments, and entering receipts into FedEx Supply Chain's WMS
- Pick and pack outbound customer orders using RF scanner-directed or pick-to-light systems to achieve FedEx's order accuracy and throughput targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment including electric pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and order selectors within FedEx Supply Chain's warehouse facilities
- Process reverse logistics and returns — inspecting returned merchandise, grading condition, and routing returns to restock, repair, or liquidation based on FedEx's returns processing protocols
- Perform quality control inspections on inbound and outbound shipments ensuring FedEx's accuracy standards for customer SLA compliance
- Maintain 5S workplace organization and FedEx safety standards throughout all warehouse areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand, bend, and reach throughout a warehouse shift
- RF scanner and basic WMS experience; FedEx provides complete on-the-job training
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain during FedEx's training program
- Availability for FedEx's shift operations including nights, weekends, and peak season overtime
