Warehouse Associate – Entry Level – UPS Supply Chain Solutions

We are hiring Entry-Level Warehouse Associates to join UPS Supply Chain's operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments from customers' vendor networks — verifying quantities, scanning barcodes, and entering receipts into WMS
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders from UPS's contract logistics warehouses — following pick-to-light, voice-directed picking, or RF scanner-directed workflows
- Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and counterbalance forklifts to move inventory through UPS's warehouse facilities
- Perform value-added services — kitting, assembly, labeling, and light manufacturing for UPS's contract logistics customers
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits maintaining inventory accuracy in UPS's WMS
- Support UPS's healthcare distribution operations — handling temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals and medical devices under UPS's cGMP-compliant cold chain protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repetitively and stand for full shift in a warehouse environment
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to complete UPS's internal forklift certification
- RF scanner and basic WMS data entry skills; UPS provides on-the-job training
- Flexibility for UPS's 24/7 shift operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
