Warehouse Associate – Distribution Center (New Grad) – Target Corporation

Target's distribution centers are the backbone of Target's guest promise, moving millions of products from vendors to store shelves and directly to guest doorsteps every day. We are hiring New Grad Warehouse Associates for Target's distribution and fulfillment network.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise receipts from Target's global vendor base — unloading containers, auditing shipments, and receiving items into Target's warehouse management system
- Select and pack outbound orders for Target stores and Target.com fulfillment — picking from forward reserve locations and preparing shipments to Target's pick/pack quality standards
- Operate powered industrial trucks — reach trucks, double-deep trucks, and order selectors — to move and stage merchandise in Target's high-bay distribution center
- Replenish forward picking locations from bulk reserve storage, maintaining optimal product availability for Target's high-volume pick operations
- Participate in Target's continuous improvement programs — identifying workflow inefficiencies and contributing ideas to Target's operational excellence teams
- Follow Target's safety-first culture — reporting near-misses, maintaining housekeeping, and completing mandatory safety training modules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Basic WMS data entry and RF scanner skills; Target provides full training
- Flexibility to work Target's rotating shift schedule
