Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end international freight movements for Flexport's clients across ocean and air modes
- Coordinate with overseas partners, customs brokers, and origin agents on shipment execution
- Use Flexport's platform to provide real-time shipment visibility and exception management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted logistics advisor
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimizations
- Support onboarding of new clients and implementation of their freight programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, and business development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or related field
- Recent graduate or 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Strong interest in technology-driven logistics and supply chain innovation
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, startup-like environment
