Responsibilities
- Manage supplier delivery performance and coordinate inbound logistics to Eaton's manufacturing facilities
- Analyze supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation plans in coordination with procurement
- Coordinate outbound finished goods logistics with distribution partners and third-party carriers
- Support inventory optimization activities including safety stock analysis
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams
- Participate in Eaton's Leadership Development Program (LDP) for operations professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business
- Recent graduate (2024–2026); supply chain internship preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP (SAP or Oracle)
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mobility for potential relocation to other Eaton facilities
