Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics for Parker's industrial and aerospace divisions
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers on international shipments
- Support warehouse and distribution center operations efficiency initiatives
- Monitor carrier performance and support quarterly business reviews
- Analyze logistics spend and identify freight consolidation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and trade compliance requirements
- Participate in Parker's WIN Strategy-aligned supply chain development program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Understanding of international trade compliance and customs regulations a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
