Responsibilities
- Manage global logistics for medical devices and diagnostics across multiple transportation modes
- Coordinate with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and third-party logistics providers
- Ensure regulatory and quality compliance for medical product transportation (FDA, MDR, GDP)
- Analyze freight cost and service metrics and develop improvement roadmaps
- Support new product introduction logistics planning and validation activities
- Collaborate with customer service and commercial teams on order fulfillment priorities
- Participate in BD's Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- 0–2 years of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of medical device logistics or pharmaceutical supply chain preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a compliance and quality mindset
