Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for medical supplies and pharmaceutical products
- Manage temperature-controlled and GDP-compliant freight movements
- Interface with manufacturing, regulatory, and quality assurance teams
- Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with healthcare logistics standards
- Support import/export compliance for international shipments
- Analyze transportation data and report logistics KPIs to management
- Participate in Baxter's Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience; new graduates preferred
- Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) or pharmaceutical supply chain a plus
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
