Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end logistics coordination for Mondelez International's North American snacks portfolio
- Manage transportation execution across Mondelez International's manufacturing and distribution network
- Monitor carrier performance and drive improvement through regular business reviews
- Collaborate with demand planning and customer service on order fulfillment
- Analyze logistics cost and service data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of new logistics technology and process improvements
- Participate in Mondelez International's Supply Chain Graduate Rotational Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering
- Recent graduate (2024–2026); internship in FMCG supply chain preferred
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel and data tools
- Global mindset and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority
- SAP or similar ERP experience a plus
