Responsibilities
- Manage outbound transportation from Hershey's manufacturing facilities to distribution centers and customers
- Coordinate with distribution partners and third-party carriers on seasonal surge capacity
- Analyze freight cost and service data to drive continuous improvement
- Support customer logistics programs including EDI compliance and routing requirements
- Monitor inventory positioning and work with planning team on allocation decisions
- Assist in developing and managing carrier scorecards and performance reviews
- Participate in Hershey's University Supply Chain Rotation Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of consumer goods supply chain practices preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
