Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics operations for Kellanova's snacks portfolio
- Manage carrier relationships and oversee freight audit and payment processes
- Monitor transportation KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Support customer logistics requirements including routing guide compliance
- Collaborate with demand planning and inventory management on supply allocation
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives across the transportation network
- Participate in Kellanova's Supply Chain Early Career Development Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- Recent graduate (2024–2026); relevant internship experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Effective communicator with customer service orientation
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a consumer goods environment
- SAP or TMS experience a plus
