Responsibilities
- Manage logistics coordination across General Mills' manufacturing and distribution network
- Optimize carrier selection and freight routing to balance service and cost
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance, reporting results to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, and sales on integrated supply chain execution
- Lead continuous improvement projects using data-driven methodologies
- Support new product launches by coordinating logistics readiness activities
- Participate in General Mills' Supply Chain Development Program rotations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
- Recent graduate (May 2024–2026); supply chain internship a plus
- Analytical curiosity and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for consumer products and food industry
