Responsibilities
- Oversee transportation planning and execution for finished goods shipments to customers
- Manage carrier performance and lead regular business reviews with key logistics partners
- Coordinate with demand planning and customer service to align transportation capacity
- Analyze freight KPIs and recommend improvements to reduce cost and improve service
- Support S&OP process by providing logistics capacity constraints and cost inputs
- Help manage international freight movements and customs compliance activities
- Participate in Kraft Heinz's Operations Leadership Development Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration
- Recent graduate (2024–2026) or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work cross-functionally
- SAP experience preferred
