Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics execution including carrier scheduling, load tendering, and track-and-trace
- Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teams on order fulfillment
- Monitor carrier performance and manage exception resolution processes
- Support freight cost analysis and identify opportunities to optimize transportation spend
- Help develop and maintain routing guides and carrier scorecards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory transportation requirements
- Participate in Conagra's Supply Chain Leadership Rotational Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with TMS or SAP systems a plus
