Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of defense and aerospace components
- Manage import and export compliance documentation for international shipments
- Support supplier logistics performance monitoring and improvement programs
- Analyze freight spend data and identify cost savings opportunities
- Liaise between procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to prevent supply disruptions
- Support warehouse and distribution center optimization projects
- Participate in RTX's Operations Leadership Development Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Recent graduate (2024–2026); 0–1 year of relevant internship or co-op experience preferred
- U.S. citizenship required for defense-related roles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
