Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships to ensure material delivery to program schedules
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for defense components and systems
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and lead corrective action processes
- Support procurement activities including purchase orders and contract compliance
- Analyze supply chain risk and develop mitigation strategies
- Interface with program management, engineering, and finance teams
- Participate in Lockheed Martin's Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of supply chain or logistics experience; recent graduates preferred
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
