Boeing – Supply Chain Manager – New Grad

Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor on-time delivery performance for aircraft components
- Coordinate logistics movements for parts and assemblies across Boeing's global supply network
- Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions to protect production schedules
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams on material planning
- Support cost reduction initiatives and supplier development programs
- Analyze supply chain data and generate performance dashboards and reports
- Participate in Boeing's Supply Chain Entry Level Rotation Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business
- Recent graduate (May 2024–2026 preferred)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP/SAP experience a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States required
