Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and e-commerce fulfillment
- Supervise team of associates across multiple shifts and functional areas
- Monitor order accuracy, shipment speed, and inventory control metrics
- Support omnichannel order management for retail and DTC customer accounts
- Coordinate transportation pickups with parcel and LTL carriers
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve service
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Industrial Engineering
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with WMS or order management systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution center setting
