Responsibilities
- Learn and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Supervise warehouse associates and foster a team-oriented, safety-first environment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with customer contacts on operational performance and service issues
- Track and report productivity metrics and labor management data
- Participate in Kenco's formal Manager Trainee rotational program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- New graduates welcome; 0–1 year of experience preferred
- Interest in Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence
- Strong leadership potential and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WMS experience a plus
- Ability to work various shifts in a distribution center environment
